Every pattern starts somewhere.

Made on Earth is a pilot for a travel series that follows designer Heather Ross around the world, tracing the designs we live with today back to where they began, from textiles and fabric to painting and beyond.

It was run-and-gun from start to finish. I came home with a deeper respect for history, and for the long line of makers behind the things we wear, hang on our walls, and take for granted.
